My mom is here for a visit. It is WONDERFUL to have her here. She is such a big help. Just having an extra set of arms around, to hold Miley, is great, but she goes above and beyond. Timber and I love that she wakes up at 5:00am to hang out wi
th Miley and let us sleep in. She is so good with Miley! I am amazed at how she can clam her down and put her to sleep. 
Mom is also a get-up-and-get-it-done type person (she will only sit still if Miley is in her arms). She has been out in the garden pulling weeds, on
the carpet scrubbing up spots, in the kitchen doing dishes, and repainting our rusty appliances. With her help we have been able to pull the shambles of our home and yard back into working order.
We’ve also been able to go out and about to do recreational activities with mom. We’ve been to the tide pools and let Miley play in the ocean. Mom enjoyed the botanical gardens and snorkeling for her first time.
We have truly enjoyed her being here. She is a great grandma and we hope she comes back often.
